1. Services
Verity Works provides business clarity, website visibility, AI
readiness, structured-data, and related review or implementation
services. The exact scope for each engagement will be described in
the proposal, invoice, payment page, email confirmation, or written
scope provided for that engagement.
2. Deliverables
Deliverables may include a Verity Scan, audit report, walkthrough
call, recommended fix list, implementation notes, cleanup work,
before/after review, or related advisory support. Deliverables are
considered complete when Verity Works provides the agreed report,
link, files, notes, implementation work, or walkthrough access.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Verity Works does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales,
revenue, AI placement, AI recommendations, search placement, or
third-party platform behavior. Search engines, AI systems,
directories, review sites, and platforms can change at any time.
Our work is intended to improve clarity, structure, and readiness,
not to promise a specific external outcome.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business
information, website access when needed, timely feedback, approval
of recommendations, and any required account permissions. Delays in
client feedback, access, or approvals may delay delivery.
5. Payment
Payment terms are listed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or
checkout page. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due
before work begins. Work may be paused if payment is not received
or if a payment is disputed, reversed, or otherwise not completed.
6. Refunds And Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Verity Works Refund
Policy. Because many services involve custom review, strategy,
research, and implementation time, completed work is generally not
refundable once delivered.
7. Revisions And Scope Changes
Each engagement includes only the work described in the agreed
scope. Additional revisions, implementation requests, pages,
meetings, platforms, or deliverables may require a new estimate,
invoice, or written approval.
8. Client Content And Access
Clients represent that they have the right to provide any content,
data, credentials, screenshots, business information, or platform
access shared with Verity Works. Verity Works will use this
information only to perform the requested services.
9. Confidentiality
Verity Works will treat non-public client information as
confidential and will not intentionally disclose it except as
needed to perform services, comply with law, or protect legitimate
business interests. Publicly available website, search, listing,
and platform information may be reviewed as part of the work.
10. Disputes And Chargebacks
If there is an issue with a service, clients agree to contact
Verity Works first so the concern can be reviewed in good faith.
Verity Works may use signed scopes, invoices, checkout records,
reports, emails, call notes, implementation records, and delivery
evidence to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verity Works is not liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit
damages. Verity Works' total liability for a paid engagement is
limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
