This policy is designed for custom service work: audits, reports, walkthroughs, research, strategy, and implementation support. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before broader paid client use.
If work has not started, a cancellation may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Once custom review, research, reporting, strategy, or implementation work begins, fees are generally not refundable for completed work.
If a client cancels before Verity Works begins the engagement, the payment may be refunded, less any non-refundable transaction fees or setup costs already incurred.
Once Verity Works begins review, research, reporting, planning, strategy, implementation, or meeting preparation, payment may be partially refundable only for clearly unused work, at Verity Works' discretion.
Delivered audits, reports, walkthroughs, recommendations, implementation notes, cleanup work, and before/after reviews are generally not refundable. A client disagreeing with a finding or choosing not to implement recommendations does not make completed work refundable.
Refunds are not provided because a client does not receive a specific ranking, traffic result, lead volume, AI recommendation, search placement, revenue outcome, or third-party platform result. Verity Works does not sell guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI placement.
Walkthrough calls and review meetings can usually be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed calls or repeated delays may affect delivery timelines and may not extend the refund window.
Clients should contact Verity Works first if there is a concern. Verity Works may submit proposals, invoices, checkout acknowledgements, report links, delivery records, emails, notes, and other evidence in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.
