This policy explains how Verity Works handles information shared through site review requests, audit conversations, payment setup, and normal website use. It is written in plain language and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broader paid client use.

Plain-Language Summary

Verity Works asks for only the information needed to review a website, discuss a possible engagement, invoice approved work, and deliver agreed services.

Information You Provide

You may share your name, business name, website, email address, phone number, business context, preferred meeting times, billing details, and materials needed for a Verity Scan or related work.

How Information Is Used

Verity Works uses information to respond to requests, evaluate fit, prepare scopes or invoices, perform audits, deliver reports, document work, and communicate about approved services.

Public Website Review

Verity Works may review publicly available website, search, listing, review-profile, social, and platform information as part of a requested audit or consultation.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe. Verity Works does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud prevention, tax, and compliance information under its own policies.

Service Providers

Verity Works may use trusted tools for email, hosting, analytics, document preparation, payment processing, and service delivery. Information is shared only as needed for those functions.

Confidentiality

Non-public client information is treated as confidential and is not intentionally disclosed except as needed to perform services, comply with law, process payments, or protect legitimate business interests.

Retention

Verity Works may retain scopes, invoices, reports, notes, communications, payment records, and delivery evidence for business records, quality control, and dispute protection.

Your Choices

You can ask Verity Works to update, correct, or delete information where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, tax, security, or legitimate business reasons.
